Zumba Fitness® - Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial, but it has never been known to be much fun; until now. Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!® All levels welcome.
ZumbAtomic® - Kids ages 4-10 The crazy-cool dance-fitness workout for kids set to hip-hop, salsa, reggaeton and more.
Zumba Toning® - Adios to traditional toning! This class takes the original Zumba dance fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle-training protocol and the addition of Zumba® toning sticks.
Zumba in the Circuit®– Take the high-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves of the Zumba® program and mix them with a series of strength exercises at timed intervals and you've got Zumba in the Circuit.
Flirty Girl Fitness® - Ladies Only, Age 18 Up. Flirty Girl Fitness® is a fun, fabulous, fitness program designed for women, by women. A little flirty, but never dirty; our Flirty Girl Fitness® class avoids complicated choreography and focuses on fun and easy to follow moves that will allow you to unleash your inner “diva,” and build confidence; regardless of age, size or cultural background.
Dance to the Hits! - A fun-filled, heart-pumpin', fat-burnin', non-stop workout. After the warm up, you will learn and practice choreography for three to four, sometimes more, different top 40 songs from today and yesterday to burn calories, engage your mind and lift your spirits. Then work your way into a metabolism-boosting strength and stretch segment.
Hi Loaded Cardio - Many flavors including boot camp, athletics, dance, jazz, hip-hop, and more will be loaded up to keep your workouts fresh and fun. This is the group class that launched a fitness revolution. High and low impact moves give you lots of options to take your workout intensity up or down.
Pop Dance Fit Party – Join Tracy C and groove to dances from all of your favorite pop hits. Each song has its own unique routine that is easy to follow and a calorie burning blast. You'll be groovin', grindin', bumpin' and sweatin'. Get ready to release your inner dance diva and meet us on the dance floor!
Step Blast - Be prepared to blast some fat! This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end. This high-energy class can be high or low impact; it is up to you.
Double Step Excess - This is an exhilarating combination of step aerobics utilizing more than one step platform for the routines. Appropriate for experienced steppers.
Group Strength - Muscle Pump Metabolift - An overall body-pumping workout; strengthening and defining every major muscle group. No choreography to learn, ideal for all.
Muscle Pump Express and Abs – Our trademark group strength class, a little shorter and sweeter so you can stay strong, fit and fabulous!
Pilates - A whole body program with an emphasis in core strengthening for abdominal and low back muscles. For increased body awareness and a challenge, class incorporates Pilates circles, resist-a-balls and sponge balls, all equipment is provided. Classes tone and lengthen muscles, increase strength, improves posture and flexibility.
Beginning Yoga Strength - These classes are designed for the yoga novice who wants to build strength and grace through gentle yoga stretches and strengthening exercises. An additional strength-training component is incorporated to help build bone density and range of motion.
Vinyasa Yoga - "Vinyasa" is yoga that flows from one pose to the next. This class is a wonderful way to flow through your yoga practice and into your week with power and grace. Appropriate for all.
