Zumba Fitness® - Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, beneficial, but it has never been known to be much fun; until now. Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!® All levels welcome.

ZumbAtomic® - Kids ages 4-10 The crazy-cool dance-fitness workout for kids set to hip-hop, salsa, reggaeton and more.

Zumba Toning® - Adios to traditional toning! This class takes the original Zumba dance fitness class to the next level, utilizing an innovative muscle-training protocol and the addition of Zumba® toning sticks.

Zumba in the Circuit®– Take the high-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves of the Zumba® program and mix them with a series of strength exercises at timed intervals and you've got Zumba in the Circuit.

WERQ® - Redefining dance fitness. WERQ will help you build cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your heart muscle dancing to today's hottest Top 40 Pop, Rock and Hip Hop Music. WERQ up a sweat on the dance floor to favorite charting hits!

Kettlebell AMPD® - Kettlebell just got LOUD! That’s right, Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! Each song will focus on a main area, while still maintaining a whole body fun workout.

Booty Camp Cardio - Total motivation - no yelling or screaming. Designed to torch calories, crank up your metabolism, change your body, and life. Booty Camp Cardio builds confidence with an array of cardio and strength moves utilizing balls, bands, weights and your own body weight.

PiYo® – PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. This is an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique.

Flirty Girl Fitness® – Ladies Only, Age 18 Up.  Flirty Girl Fitness® is a fun, fabulous, fitness program designed for women, by women. A little flirty, but never dirty; our Flirty Girl Fitness® class avoids complicated choreography and focuses on fun and easy to follow moves that will  allow you to unleash your inner “diva,” and build confidence; regardless of age, size or cultural background.

Step Blast - Be prepared to blast some fat!  This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end.  This high-energy class can be high or low impact; it is up to you.

Double Step - This is an exhilarating combination of step aerobics utilizing more than one step platform for the routines.  Appropriate for experienced steppers.

Muscle Pump Strength – An overall body-pumping workout; strengthening and defining every major muscle group.  No choreography to learn, ideal for all.

Muscle Pump Express and Abs – Our trademark group strength class, a little shorter and sweeter so you can stay strong, fit and fabulous!

Pilates - A whole body program with an emphasis in core strengthening for abdominal and low back muscles. For increased body awareness and a challenge, class incorporates Pilates circles, resist-a-balls and sponge balls, all equipment is provided.  Classes tone and lengthen muscles, increase strength, improves posture and flexibility.

Beginning Yoga Strength - These classes are designed for the yoga novice who wants to build strength and grace through gentle yoga stretches and strengthening exercises. An additional strength-training component is incorporated to help build bone density and range of motion.

Vinyasa Yoga - "Vinyasa" is yoga that flows from one pose to the next.  This class is a wonderful way to flow through your yoga practice and into your week with power and grace. Appropriate for all.
